This book focuses on Türkiye’s sovereignty and sovereign rights över marine energy resources in the World, together with the legal regime applicable to Türkiye. Since the maritime zones contain marine energy resources, it is important to define and delimit these zones and to determine the regime of energy resources in these areas.

This study aims to seek answers to the following questions:
